New Products from Miss Birdie Make Healthy Snacking

Continuing on the promise to deliver high-quality, wholesome baked goods to consumers, Consolidated Bakeries Jamaica Limited (CBL) under the Miss Birdie brand has added four new premium products to an already top-class line-up. The innovative Miss Birdie Soya Bread and Miss Birdie Corn Crackers — two firsts on the island; Miss Birdie Snack Crackers; and Miss Birdie Wheat Crackers are the newest members in the CBL range of products, all promising a healthy eating experience.

The soon to be launched Miss Birdie Soya Bread — the first of its kind to be made in Jamaica — is an excellent source of protein, essential amino acids, Vitamins B and E, and minerals such as calcium and iron. It is also high in dietary fibre and low in saturated fat.

All three of the new crackers are baked to perfection to provide a crispy, flavourful treat. Miss Birdie Corn Crackers are already favourites on the shelves, with an exceptional, savoury taste, which will have consumers coming back for more.

And if you prefer the regular cracker, Miss Birdie Snack Crackers are the ideal choice; the distinguishable difference being more crunch. Plus, there is an added value as there is no cholesterol and no trans fat, a similar feature of Miss Birdie Wheat Crackers, a preferred alternative for the health-conscious.

We loved her dearly, and naming our premium products in her honour has kept her close to our hearts."
